Bent's Old Fort Dog Policy

Bent's Old Fort National Historic Site is Somewhat Dog Friendly

Trails
Dogs Allowed
with 6' Leash []

Bent's Old Fort National Historic Site contains a reconstructed fur trading post, where traders, travelers and Native Americans once came together to trade. The site offers in-depth tours and exhibits.

Bent's Old Fort National Historic Site is somewhat dog friendly, but pretty limited for dogs. Dogs are allowed on a short trail, but not allowed inside buildings, so you'll miss out on most of the attractions here if you bring your dog. Please respect livestock and do not let dogs near livestock.
