Chaco Culture Dog Policy
Chaco Culture National Historic Park is Somewhat Dog Friendly
Chaco Culture National Historic Park preserves large buildings constructed by the Pueblo people between 850 and 1250 A.D. The park offers tours, hiking & biking trails, and night sky viewing.
Chaco Culture National Historic Park is somewhat dog friendly. While dogs are not allowed in the archaelogical sites, they are allowed on back country trails and in the campground. Do not leave dogs unattended -- it can get very hot in this park, and temperatures can rise quickly.
