El Morro National Monument is Dog Friendly
El Morro National Monument is the site of a reliable waterhole that was used by Pueblo peoples as well as Spanish and American travelers over the course of several thousand years. There are many rock carvings and petroglyphs here, and the park offers a number of hiking trails to see the sights. The visitor center also offers exhibits and a film on the park's history.
El Morro National Monument is dog friendly. Dogs are allowed on trails and at the campground while on a leash.

Trail Policy
Dogs are allowed on trails while on a leash no longer than 6'. Please exercise caution on some trails, as there are steep drop-offs.
Campground Policy
Dogs are allowed in the small first come, first served campground while on a leash.
