Fort Frederica Dog Policy
Fort Frederica National Monument is Dog Friendly
Fort Frederica is the site of a clash between Spanish and British forces in 1742. The remnants of the fort there are now protected. Historical tours of the fort are popular, and there are also some trails that allow for hiking, biking, and fishing. There is also a kayak launch here.
Fort Frederica is dog friendly, and dogs are allowed throughout and on trails while on a leash. Dogs are not allowed inside buildings or on ranger-led tours.
