General Grant Dog Policy

General Grant National Memorial is Not Dog Friendly

General Grant National Memorial contains the largest mausoleum in North America, and is the final resting area of Ulysses S. Grant and Julia Grant, his wife. The memorial preserves the history of Grant, who was general of the Union Army at the end of the American Civil War, and was later President of the United States.

While General Grant National Memorial is a great place to visit, it's not really dog friendly. Dogs are not allowed in the visitor center, with its exhibit gallery, and dogs are not allowed in the mausoleum. Dogs are allowed at nearby parks and along sidewalks, however.
