Hampton Dog Policy

Hampton National Historic Site is Somewhat Dog Friendly

Hampton National Historic Site preserves the Hampton mansion, which may have been the largest private home in the early United States. The site also honors the history of the Ridgely family, enslaved African Americans, indentured servants, and others who once lived here.

Hampton National Historic Site is somewhat dog friendly. Dogs are allowed outdoors while on a leash no longer than 6'. However, dogs are not allowed inside buildings, so you'll miss the main attractions of being inside the mansion and other facilities if you bring a dog..
