Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River is Dog Friendly
The Upper Delaware encompasses both rapids and quietly flowing sections, and is the last major undammed river in the eastern United States. The Scenic and Recreational River offers many recreational opportunities including boating, paddling, hiking, fishing, and more.
Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River is dog friendly. Dogs are allowed on trails and on the water. However, dogs are not allowed inside buildings. When taking your dog on the water, please make sure not to tie your dog to a boat, and consider a life jacket for your dog.
